To place an order, simply browse our shop, select your desired product, choose your size and options, and click "Pay Now". You'll be redirected to our secure checkout page where you can complete your payment using Mobile Money (Selcom).

We accept Mobile Money payments through Selcom Payment Gateway. This includes Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, M-Pesa, and T-Pesa. All payments are processed securely through our payment partner.

Each product page includes a size guide. We offer sizes from Small (S) to Extra Large (XL). If you're unsure, please refer to our size chart or contact our customer service team for assistance.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement, provided they haven't been processed for shipping. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes to your order.

If your payment doesn't process successfully, you can try again. If you've already completed the payment on your phone but haven't received confirmation, you can enter your transaction code manually on the checkout page to verify your payment.

Delivery times vary by location. Orders within Dar es Salaam typically arrive within 3-7 business days, while orders to other regions may take 5-10 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
